Circularia acts solely as a technical intermediary and does not directly participate in transactions between users.
2. Access to the Platform
Access to the Platform is reserved exclusively for professional users (companies, self-employed professionals, artisans, distributors, or suppliers).
Users must ensure that the information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date.
Circularia reserves the right to suspend or refuse access to any user who does not comply with these conditions.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features, users must create an account.
Users are responsible for:
maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials,
all activities carried out via their account.
Circularia shall not be held liable for unauthorized use of a user’s account resulting from negligence.
4. Product Listings
Sellers are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the information published in their listings, including:
product descriptions,
images,
pricing,
availability.
It is strictly prohibited to publish:
misleading or false information,
illegal or counterfeit products,
content that violates applicable laws or third-party rights.
Circularia reserves the right to remove any listing that does not comply with these rules.
5. Transactions Between Users
Transactions carried out via the Platform are concluded directly between buyers and sellers.
Circularia:
does not intervene in negotiations,
does not manage payments,
does not guarantee the quality or delivery of products.
Each party is solely responsible for fulfilling its contractual obligations.
6. Fees and Pricing
Access to the Platform may be free or subject to fees depending on the services offered.
Any applicable fees will be clearly indicated on the Platform prior to use.
Circularia reserves the right to modify its pricing policy at any time.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform (texts, images, logos, graphics, design, and software) is protected by intellectual property laws.
Any reproduction, distribution, or use of content without prior written authorization from Circularia is strictly prohibited.
8. Liability
Circularia endeavors to ensure the availability and proper functioning of the Platform but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.
Circularia shall not be held liable for:
temporary unavailability of the Platform,
technical issues or bugs,
damages resulting from transactions between users,
misuse of the Platform by users.

10. Suspension and Termination
Circularia reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user account in case of:

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

In the event of a dispute, and failing amicable resolution, the competent courts shall be those of Lyon.
